According to the Italian data protection law D. Lgs 196/2003, International Tin Plate s.r.l., as data controller, must provide you informations regarding the use of your personal data.

As “PERSONAL DATA TREATMENT” is meant their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, diffusion, cancellation, destruction and the combination between two or more of those actions.
B) TREATMENT PURPOSES AND MODALITY
TREATMENT PURPOSES: the treatment which is used to process personal data, demanded or acquired before than the beginning of the business relationship, or during it, has the following purposes:
– to accomplish to the contractual and legal fulfilments;
– to allow an efficient management of commercial, administrative, statistic, marketing, advertisement, credit protection, credit management and credit transfer relationships;
MODALITY: data are managed correctly according legal rules, in order to guarantee their security and and confidentiality;
data are processed through hand-copy tools and computerized tools which memorize, manage and transmit them, and data are memorized on both informatics and hand-copy systems, and on any other kind of suitable device, considering minimal safety measures. Specific safety measures are taken to avoid data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Data will be treated during all the duration of the contracts and also at a later stage in order to respect laws and complete commercial purposes.
C) CATEGORY OF SUBJECTS TO WHOM DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED
Treated data can be communicated and/or broadcast: in situations and to subjects established by law and to external subjects who conduct specific assignments for our society, in conjunction with purposes above explained to societies, authorities, banks and associations operating within national boundary line and intra and extra UE countries, which have commercial, market research, marketing, management, insurance, banking or not banking financial brokerage, factoring, debt collection purposes, which in turn could communicate data, or allow the access in range of their members, participants, users and other people related by a reason, because of specific market research and for other necessary actions related to the correct contract performance and its fulfilments.
D) CONSENT RELEASE LIBERTY AND FUTURE REJECTION CONSEQUENCES
The conferment of your data is necessary for the stipulation and the observance of the contract. In case of a consent rejection regarding the above mentioned purposes, we would not be able to provide the services requested.
E) RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PERSON
According the Italian Data Protection Law art. 7 D. Lgs 196/2003 the concerned person about the treatment has the right, at any moment, to obtain, by the person/authority responsible for his/her informations regarding the treatment of his/her data, the modalities and the purposes, and about the logic which has been applied, and also the confirmation about data existence, communication and origin; the details about the identification of the data and of the people responsible, as well as the subjects and the categories of subjects to whom data can be provided or who can be informed about the data, acting as people responsible or people in charge;
the updating, the modification and the integration of the data;
the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form, the block of the treated data because of a law violation;
a statement regarding the correct information about the operations mentioned at points 3) and 4) to people to whom data have been communicated and broadcast, with exception in case of impossibility in performing this fulfilment or when a clearly disproportionate mean, compared to the right to protect, would be required;
the opposition: to the data treatment process, even if it is pertinent to the collection purpose, according to lawful reasons; to the data treatment for commercial information purposes or for market researches.
